The construction of this assembly was made together with Retech AG in
Switzerland. Retech is a specialist supplier of controllers for the textile
industry (retech@netlink.ch)
The power board is shown mounted on to 16 solid-state relays. The relays
are mounted first on an aluminium heat-sink and the power board screwed
to these relays. Three power phases are distributed between the relays (channels
1..5 use phase 1, channels 6..10 phase 2 and channels 11..16 phase 3). Connection
between the power board LS08-16 and the controller board CR08-16
is via a flat-band cable. The controller card can be mounted via distance
bolts directly above the power board.
